Purchases

Digital products are sold through Stripe Checkout. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information to Stripe.

Digital-product license

Unless a product includes different license terms, purchases grant personal and internal business use rights, including modification for your own organization. You may not resell, publicly redistribute, sublicense, or sell minimally modified copies of Coryvelto product files as your own product. See the LICENSE file included with each product.

Intellectual property

Coryvelto branding, site content, and original product materials remain owned by Coryvelto, subject to the license granted with your purchase.

Acceptable use

Do not use Coryvelto products or the website for unlawful activity, fraud, or to infringe others' rights.

Availability

We aim for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Product formats and features may evolve over time.

Disclaimers

Products and site content are provided "as is." Operational templates are organizational tools and are not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. We do not guarantee specific business results.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Coryvelto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
