Coryvelto sells downloadable digital products. Because of the nature of digital goods, purchases are generally final once access or download has been provided.

When to contact us

Please contact Coryvelto if:

• you were charged incorrectly
• you cannot access files after a successful payment
• files appear defective or corrupt
• another legitimate purchase issue occurs

How we handle requests

We review legitimate issues in good faith and may provide a replacement download, guidance, or a refund where appropriate. We may request proof of purchase (such as your Stripe receipt email).
